have lost a stone and a half, but recently i've become really obsessed, like i try avoid proper meals and just eat cereal or something.
Also i make sure i only have 1000 cals
im 5ft 2, weigh 124lbs, i work out 4times a week at the gym, burn between 500-800 calories.
Is this okay?

no it,s not ok this is an eating disorder,your body needs a minimum of 1000 calories just to keep it functioning properly please don't get phpbic about food and calories eating well is common sense ask to speak to a trainer at your gym for advice but if they cannoy do this try to speak to a nutritionalist and find anew gym,you know what your doing is bad for you but your smart enough to question it good luck be well.

So I reckon that makes your weight just under 9 stone. That weight is fine for a person of 5'2" unless your exeptionally small boned.
Ease up on yourself and just make sure you stay about the size you are now.
You've done really well but now you are at a good weight you will find it hard to lose more weight. Do not be unrealistic about your target weight.

No.

After you deny your body proper nutrition for a while, you will start getting sick for no reason, develop headaches and irritability, and become mean and nasty to everyone.

You will lose your ability to sleep well, start being lethargic and listless, and get bored easily.

Why not go European, and eat very small amounts of delicious food? You can glory in your small portions, but don't forget to take your multivitamin and your fish oil capsules.

I have no idea how to lose weight any other way...healthy shmeathy...blah, blah, blah...1500 cals a day and I won't lose an ounce. So, sounds to me like what your doing is working fine. I guess just make sure you get protein so your hair doesn't fall out.

you are not over weight,and you need to eat properr meals because when you quit eating you metabolism slows down so that you dont starve yourself,you can make yourself sick.

ABS DIET is what you need. Never feel hungry again! I am not hungry anymore.
