^You need to eat healthy carbs from whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, what you need to look for is whole grain wheat bread, regular whole wheat bread may be glorified white bread, you have to read the labels. Make sure your wheat bread actually any bread you eat is 100% whole grain. I hope this helps.

Bread that is labeled 100% whole wheat or 100% whole grain is nothing like white bread. 100% whole grain breads and pasta are complex carbs and they take longer to digest, fill you up and unlike white flour they will not spike your blood sugar (the spiking from simple carbs is what helps to contribute to belly fat).

Remember, though the package must have 100% written on it-don't settle for mixed grains or whole grains it must say 100% whole. Otherwise it's basically white bread with a small amount of whole grains. They have some great 100% whole grain pita breads and wraps also which make great sandwiches. A bit of lettuce, tomato and lean turkey breast.Mmmmmmmmm.

The particular food you eat DOES NOT MATTER for trying to lose size on thighs and hips. What DOES matter is total calorie intake. Likewise, exercise matters. The idea that certain foods (like bread) preferentially add fat to certain body parts (like thighs and hips) is a pile of rubbish.

That being said, whole-grain bread is always nutritionally better than that over-processed white crap, plus it has actual insoluble fiber, good for health in general. Note that when I say "whole-grain", I mean "whole-grain", not most of what is sold as "wheat bread". Most of what is sold as "wheat bread" is just slightly disguised white bread. Make sure you get something labeled "100% whole wheat" or "100% whole grain".

Otherwise, you're just fooling yourself.

The dietary benefits of WHOLE wheat bread far surpasses that of white bread, for MOST people. I say most because I was very sick for a very long time and tons of tests were done using conventional medicine, but we got no answers. Finally, I went to a Holistic doctor who ran her own set of tests and consequently determined that I am allergic to wheat. I had always eaten wheat bread, and a ton of other foods that contain wheat... but not anymore! Also, you cannot target any one body part in terms of weight loss. The loss will occur fairly evenly throughout the body. You can however, target specific muscle groups and use very specific forms of exercise and thereby tone, strenghten and better define those muscles. Good Luck!

No I grew up eating whole wheat. Whole wheat bread is better for you then white bread. Because they take out take whole grain when making the white flour the ingredient in
white bread. Now Whole Wheat flour they keep the whole grain in the flour, so when they make whole wheat bread they use that type of flour to make the whole wheat bread. So if you think natural, then whatever they leave in and don't process out that is god given in the pure form then this ingredient should be healthy for you .

If you want to eat bread you should eat whole grain, not white. Check your label and make sure it says "whole grain" not just "wheat."
Your diet doesn't really affect any area of your body specifically like that. Your body will lose weight in the areas it wants to first. For most women it's the breasts and the stomach, but everyone is different.

Whole grains are always better. Any whole grain bread is not bad, just in moderation. They have fewer carbs, and complex carbohydrates which are better for you.
I prefer the wheat over white, I think it tastes better.

FYI ALL BREAD WHETHER IT'S WHITE OR OTHER IS MADE FROM WHEAT.
IT'S WHITE BECAUSE IT'S STRIPPED OF THE BRAN COAT - MAKING IT WHITE IN COLOR.
THE PRIMARY REASON WHY EATING ANY FORM OF BREAD WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT AND FATTEN YOU IS BECAUSE OF THE CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT OF BREAD. THIS WILL BE CONVERTED INTO FAT IF NOT FULLY USED TO PRODUCE USABLE ENERGY.
IF YOU COMBINE THIS CARBOHYDRATE WITH A FAT, LIKE A BURGER AND FRIES, YOU GAIN FAT THAT MUCH FASTER.
THEN,TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ADD A SWEET DRINK WITH IT AND WATCH THOSE HIPS EXPAND!!!
