I think that you have misunderstood this..
In Luke 11, the chapter before the one you mention, someone says that Jesus is doing good by the help of evil spirits..
(Read Luke 11:14-17, visit link)
OK, The Holy Spirit is working to convince us about truth. Sinning against The Holy Spirit, is not about saying some "magic word", but about being closed to the truth and to God, like those who refused to believe Jesus and even suggested that he worked by the help of evil spirits; this is what it means to sin against The Holy Spirit. If a person does this all their life, there is no way for them to be forgiven, because they will not turn to God and even call the work of His Spirit evil..
So, what you did when you said something to "refuse the holy spirit", was wrong, but the fact that you regret it, shows that you are open to the holy spirit, cause someone who really deny the holy Spirit, would not worry about it being wrong..
If you ask God honestly to forgive you, He will. Also, I suggest that you contact a christian that you can share this with and pray with.
Quote;
"Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." James 5:16
I hope this helps:-)

Jesus talks about the only unforgiveable sin is to deny that Christ is the son of God. Thats what he is talking about. If you do not except Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you will go to hell because that is denying that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Remember the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you can do so right now. Just Pray this Prayer with me, Dear Jesus I confess to you that I am a sinner in need of a Saviour, I believe that you died on a cross for me and was raised on the third day as a perfect sacrifice for my sins, I ask you to come into my heart and save me. If you truely say this Prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God. The Bible says so. Jesus never gives up on anybody, if he did, why did he say to forgive 70x 7 everyday...

you are still in with the holy spirit to be on the safe side next time you pray tell the same think to God and ask for forgiveness and that will put you back in good standing with the trinity. God knows what you done before you done it but to show that you are sorry for doing it you must admit the fact that you done it and every thing will be fine. God knows your heart and if you didn't mean it forgiveness is yours without a doubt believe that

The fact that you're worried about it says that you haven't really renounced God. I don't know what kind of church you attend, but God is a lot more forgiving than most people give Him credit for. The person who would not be forgiven would be unlikely to feel any remorse and would draw other people down with him or her. Like Satan did with the angels who he misled. If you ask God for forgiveness and never take things like this so lightly again, I'm sure you'll be forgiven.

You're reading too much into this... Calm down. If "God" is as forgiving as everyone claims he is, I'm sure you do not have an issue on your hands. If God is like he is within the Bible then he's not a "God" worth following if he eternally damns a 13 year old for saying something s/he didn't even mean to say.

Henry, of course you are not headed to hell. This is one of the ways that satan works. He fills your head with doubts and questions. Because you said a few stupid words does not mean that you are destined to go to hell. Tell it to Jesus and forget about it...He already has. I have to say I am very impressed with you and your conviction especially considering your age. You're fine sweetie, have a good day.

First of all there is not a hell. The all loving god would not send you to a firery place to live for eternity. Well from the "bible banging" perspective, only if you truly believe in your heart that you want to deny god and act in ways that denies him then that is when it is a "sin" if your just state it and dont believe it that that means nothing, do not worry

Satan is the Father of lies, he will try to trick you and make you feel like there is no hope.You have to trust in Gods word, God said if you come to him for forgiveness he shall not cast you out. People that blaspheme the Holy Spirit is in a total rebellion against almighty God, there hearts are hardened.
