Erm... the code at the end of a UK address, like W12 7RJ - equivalent to a US Zip Code.
If you don't have a post code, you're presumably outside the UK - in which case I'd have thought you couldn't get a quote from Carole Nash?
If you mean you just don't know the postcode for where you live, you can look it up at www.royalmail.co.uk

Guys. Stop being harsh. The person may be a visiting student or used to calling the postcode a ZIP code etc.

the post code is the part of your address. which you get from the council and they give different post code to each road and streeet of the city. each city have their each different code for roads and streets
