It is pretty difficult to find a recipe that requires unsweetened chocolate AND thats simple. Lol! It took me awhile, but I found one. It may not take all of the chocolate, but it looks pretty tasty to me.

Raspberry and Chocolate Tulips

Ingredients
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar substitute (Splenda)
1/4 cup fat-free whipped cream
1 2.1 oz package of phyllo tart shells
1 tbsp grated unsweetened chocolate
Method
1. Combine raspberries and sugar substitute in sauce pan.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
3. Remove from heat and cool.
4. Spoon 1 tsp raspberry mixture into each shell.
5. Top with whipped cream.
7. Sprinkle with chocolate.

Here's a recipe that uses 2 squares. So you can make it twice when your sweet tooth hits!

OLD-TIME FUDGE
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate, cut up
1 tsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Butter the sides of a heavy 2-quart saucepan. In it combine, sugar, milk, chocolate, corn syrup and a dash of salt. Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling. Continue cooking to 234 F (soft-ball stage), stirring only as necessary to prevent sticking (mixture should boil gently over entire surface. Immediately remove from heat, add butter or margarine but do not stir. Cool, without stirring, to lukewarm (110 F) for 35 to 40 minutes. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat vigorously for 7 to 10 minutes or till fudge becomes very thick and just loses its gloss. Immediately spread in a buttered 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Score into squares while warm, cut when firm. Makes about 1 1/4 pounds.
