Could you please tell us where these words came from?
More context would make your question easier to answer!
Update: These words are from stories by Adam Kay
and are in Elvish.
The first 3 words of the sentence mean "You are my"...
Still working on the last word!
Rëaen means "are".
Thanks to Dagamara P for the clue.
Update II: Got it!! The last word means "miracle"!
So the sentence says: You are my miracle.

I'm not 100 % sure about this, but it looks like a conlang.
If it is, then it was either constructed by one guy from Elfwood or he knows it for he's an author of a story where there are words like these in elfish language.
rëaen seems to mean "are".
It would be the best if you asked him
