I have this pimple and it is filled with white stuff. What happens if i don't pop it? How will the bacteria get out of my skin if i don't pop it? and how long will it take as oppose to just popping that damn thing.

Just pop it it will take days to go away and what really happens is it pops itself anyways so just pop it so nobody had to see it.

By popping it you are actually forcing bacteria deeper into the pore. Also you are spreading the bacteria to other areas of your face. Do not pop it. Not only are you risking other pimples to form, but you are also risking scaring and bad discoloration. I would wash your face twice a day, use a toner, and then follow up with an acne cream. This should help a lot.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

1] usually, they heal on their own [ without a scar ]. Put some acne cream or gel on it twice a day, along with your usual cleaning routine.
2] Your body will attack and clear up the infection
