I always watch because it's a good cause and sometimes entertaining. It reminds me of being a kid and that foreboding feeling of school approaching. I am not in school anymore but I drive a school bus so I still have that foreboding feeling, lol.
It was a tradition in our family.

I watch what I can every year. It's a little difficult to watch it when you're working at it. I've been volunteering with MDA at Telethon every year for 24 years, since my mother was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. I have seen first hand the good things that MDA does and make a point to give of my time and energy if I cannot give monetarily each year.

A applaud Jerry for his dedication to this single cause but it has already raised hundreds of millions of dollars. There are many other causes. Maybe the telethon should become the United Way or there should be another method of sharing money with many causes.

I'll definately be watching and donating. I'm a Jerry Lewis fan and I think this a great cause. I definately applaud Jerry for all the work and dedication he puts into this.
