S AutoCAD help required,How can I merge different layers?
I have a AutoCAD file in which there are different layers .walls,doors,windows,etc.I need to merge these into one layer without losing any data.
Please guide me or refer me to any website,I will be very thank full to you.

If it were A. 2004, I could select all, then "Tools: Layers: Change to current layer". If you don't want to merge *everything* to the current layer, use the layer manager to save your layer state. Turn off the layers you do not want to merge, select what is left, and change to current layer. Use layer manager restore to turn on all the layers which were not moved.

I think you could select or highlight all and then do property change on one layer.
