Depending on context:

Horario de oficina (general, for business, as in the schedule for opening and closing the business)

Horario de consulta (for Doctors and other medicine professionals)

Horario de trabajo (for employees in general, as in the time the worker has assigned to stay at the office, for work)

Office Hours in spanish would be "Horas de oficina" or you may also find it as "Horario de oficina"
