Drew comes from Andrew.

The Spanish equivalent of Andrew is Andres, but I am not aware of any equivalent derivations (such as Dres !).

PS drew = dibujo when it is the past tense of "to draw" as in "he drew a picture".

Drew is from Andrew [Andros? from Greek meaning "Man"]. Andrew = Andres or André in Spanish.
