They love being anonymous to they can spout off all they want, but they do all they can to prevent being reported and/or contacted. Personally, I think if you want to participate here you should be open to communication, since it IS a two way street.

Kay B. I have VERY FEW people blocked, for your information. And I only block those who have repeatedly bothered me with their accusations, insults and hatred. Isn't that what it's for? I don't simply block people I don't like. I am quite tolerant, and if you took the time to really KNOW me, you would realize that. Don't talk about something you know nothing about, dear one.

In additon, those I have blocked have also stalked me and reported me for petty things. I can't even begin to see if THEY are following TOS because they hide themselves. What is it they are hiding??

Nope.
I have private Q&A because on 2 other accounts people went through my old questions and reported them, eventually getting those accounts "suspended".

People make their emails private because people on here can be rude and insensitive. They will hurl insults at one another. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I do not believe they are hiding anything. If you just look through all the answers you could find an answer or question from the person posted. So even if it is hidden on their profile, you would still be able to see if you took the time to look. For those who want to keep it private, it's their decision and we should all respect that. No it is not a two way street. People are entitled to do what they feel like doing on here, otherwise the option would not be available. You should just respect that.

Gee, who's judging now? From what I have heard you have blocked people before they blocked you on more than one occasion. It's everybody's own business if they put their stuff out there or not. Do you know everybody's story? They can have REAL stalkers, not just internet ones. What about the tolernance and acceptance you preach, Terry? Or does that only work if somebody is tolerant of you first?

I get alot of mail from alot of people who like to argue with me, that is why mine is private
But anyone can make theirs private
it is a choice thing
with as many thumbs down as I get, I have nothing to hide, most just do not agree with me

No, not always. I have had people go through my old Q/A and randomly report things months later! The stupidest things too like, "How much do you love your cat?" Dumb things just to try and get my account suspended.

I have e-mail. but I was forced to make my questions and answers private because I had a stalker-troll on here. I always kept them open before that.
