I just received the oddest phone call. My uncle was clearly irritated at me. I was living nearly rent free at one of his properties about 18 monthes ago. He was angry because he is loosing tenants at one of his apartment buildings. Namely the apartment I was living at. He says that people would move it then forfeit the deposit money and move in about a month to three monthes after moving in. He said he refunded the last couple to move out because they were there for only two weeks. The former tenants all claim there is a problem with the apartment, or "feeling uncomfortable" in the apartment. The last tenants were so "disturbed" they wer actually crying about it and claim it was "haunted", when I was living there I into any cult practices or calling on demons. I got drunk alot and lounged around alot, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, I never had anything unusual happen to me either.

So, am I being blamed because I am the most convienent person to blame?

Let me make this clear, when I was living there, I WAS NOT PRACTICING ANY OCCULT OR RELIGIOUS ceremonies or anything what so ever!

Just talked to my uncle again, he said the last tenents, a 20-something couple, Apparently the Husband told him that the wife claims she was "trapped" in the bathroom for about 8 hours because there was an animal (wolf or dog) outside the bathroom door, growling and scratching at the door trying to get her.
The husband came home and found the wife scared out of here mind.
My uncle inspected the bathroom door and there was no scratches on the door and absolutely no way a dog or wolf as she claims can get inside the apartment.
The husband said that it would sound like someone is trashing the kitchen, but when he would running in there, it would all be orderly, nothing broke.

Call or contact a local minister or church clergy and ask if they can go and bless/spritually clean the apartment.

Tell your Uncle when you have arrainged this to take place so he can be there.
Since you lived there free, send some thankyou money to the church of the one who will do the blessing. Be sure they use some Holy Water.

If you value the relationship with your Uncle it will be worth the $$$ you give.

And a BIG PS: Stop the drinking, you are damaging your pancreas and liver and that could be a main issue in your future. Pancreatitis/Liver Schlerosis is a painful disease and it kills. I know because I have it.

Good Luck and God Bless

You may think that calling out the dead is a cool or playful thing to do but it can and has been known to raise hell...

The best thing to do is ask for the place to have an excersism done or for the place to be blessed by a pastor or priest. and that would bring any concerns that your uncle or any tendant have to a halt. Do this privatly so not to scare newcommers. Then if others that are new have concerns , tell them a priest has been there before and that they could be just imagining it because of all the rummors........

Family members always blame the one that is closest. So you don't get blamed, see if you and a few friends can get a place that he doesn't rent out and see if he is still having the same problem, If he is then you know it's not you, and I would expect an apology from him.

I think it's kind of weird. I don't think there's any reason to blame you...

Just weird situation, I don't know what else to say about it. How could it be anyone's fault though. I think he's blaming you because you were the last person to live there.

Sounds like your uncle has the bigger problem. (Although I hope by now you've given up lounging around and have found a job so you can pay your rent.)

i think your uncle is at his wits end over the situation and casting about for an explanation. he needs to go and live in the place for awhile and experience it for himself. maybe that will help him with the problem.

I believe you're getting blamed because you're the most convenient person for that.
