ok...how much weight will i lose if i do this for like a month? please dont say that its unhealthy or anything, 'cause i really need to lose weight!

breakfast: All-Bran Bran Buds Cereal (70 calories)
Pearl Soymilk (36 calories)
snack: apple (72 calories)
lunch: Cabbage Salad with Rice Wine Vinegar Dressing (25 calories)
Rye/Pumpernickle Swirled Bread (70 calories)
snack: half a grapefruit (50 calories)
dinner: vegetable bouillon soup (5 calories)
crackers (60 calories)
dessert (only like 2-3 times per week): Tofutti "Ice Cream" (about 105 calories)
EXERCISE!!
30 minutes-treadmill
45 minutes- bowflex
30 minutes- elliptical
possible a few 15-30 minute bike rides thrown in there
i weigh like 145 pounds and im barely 5'1''...and according to my BMI, i'm obese...please tell me how many pound i will lose if i do this for about a month!!

I know you said not to tell you this, but it needs to be said. This is a terrible diet lacking protein, fat, calcium, carbs, vitamins and too high in salt. Your body will get energy by converting fat and muscle into glucose but at the expense of a very high load on your kidneys and liver which may result in permanent damage to them.
The very low calorie level (about 300 cal/day) will make your body drop its metabolism WAY down and greatly slow weight loss and cause future weight gain.
The safe way to lose weight is to keep to about 1200 calories a day combined with your planned exericise program. You can lose 1-2 pounds a week that way. Speak to your family doctor, a health unit nutritionist or join weight watchers to learn how to safely diet.

caitlyn, seriously believe me your efforts are going to fail if you try losing weight by restricting yourself on a very low calorie diet. You need some more carbs and a lot more protein in your diet. Say a good 1200 - 1500 calories a day will help you lose weight the right way (and not just water weight which your listed diet will do). Good workout plan. You could also try lifting a few weights which will build muscle and increase your metabolism rate. Good luck.

I located the booklet to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most commonly) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight maintains flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the residing daylights out of me since of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. Your diet is a mess. Your calories are WAY too low and you don't seem to be getting a good balance of nutrients, protein and fats. Buy a good book on diet & nutrition and follow what it says or consider joining a group like weight watchers.
