He loves all people yes. Will He forgive you just because you believe in Him? No. If you continue to do the same sin over and over again, and ask for forgiveness, I think there comes a time when God is going to not forgive you until you really are sincere about not doing it.
There are also sins that even God won't forgive. Just because you believe in God and Christ doesn't mean you get a free ticket to heaven. There are things that need to be done before you can be forgiven.

Fortunately, even the worst sinners can be forgiven:
1 Timothy 1
15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
16 However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.
I think the problem that quite a few people have is a lack of understanding about Biblical "repentance." The word "repentance" in the Bible means "a turn around." Making a U-turn is a good example of repentance. The Bible clearly teaches that repentance is necessary for forgivness and salvation.

God is the alpha and the omega. The beginning and the end. So I feel sinners are forgiven before they sin.
Once I had a great spiritual crisis over this very idea and I prayed for an answer. I had a dream/vision later that changed and made my life much better.
I saw a great valley leading up to a greater mountain surrounded in a vast light. This light shown on everything on "earth and in heaven. In this light I felt all my fear pass from me. I just felt love...endless complete love. As I began to look I saw travelers everywhere. Some were backpacking in groups fallowing trails. Some were just shining and floating. Then I saw a great freeway full of cars. Sometimes people would get out of their cars and just start walking. Some people just changed cars. When I focus I saw the symbols of all the worlds religions. Some of the backpackers had symbols and some did not. Then I noticed that all would end up the same place in the light. Actually all the roads went to the light no matter how much they wandered.
I felt my soul ask about the dark souls and found myself at the entrance of a great hole. I felt a great presence blocking me. When I tried to push forward I felt a great fire push me back. I could not make out the being. I had to know so I pushed forward and found myself traveling away in the earth deep from the light. I was in a great room surrounded by shuffling, angry, hungry people. The walls were silver and gold. At first it seemed beautiful but everyone was angry afraid and alone. Then I saw horrible things happening and I cried out for help. INSTANTLY great angels of light appeared covering me with light. Some people saw them and cried out for help and were flooded in light. I realized the angels had been there all along but I had chosen not to see them. We were taken to an elevator that lead back to the great valley. Each of the people that were saved wandered to different groups or found a trail. Then I saw that the hole had been blocked by one of the great angels. That was who had been trying to stop me. Now my eyes were clear I could see them everywhere helping anyone who asked. I saw great teachers floating up thee mountain to the light. I felt such sadness for the angry lost souls and I cried out to god what about them? What about me I don't know where to go. And god answered in the only voice I ever new to be TRUE. "Look I am the beginning and the end. I am all of time. I never loose anyone. All come to me. You have not ever been lost to me . I will never be lost to you I will wait for all of time until you come home."
I then saw that all the roads were just the journey to home. None was more right than the other. God did not see the sin just saw the soul and remained a light guiding them back to their perfection. Help was everywhere and all anyone needed to do was ask. Then I saw my path and began to walk on it.
I have never judged another human being again. I don't like everyone I meet but I know that the universe is in working well and every soul has all the help they need.

If someone has accepted Jesus as their savior and loves and believes in God, then God forgives all sins. You have to ask for forgiveness and in God's eyes, there is no sin worse than any other. The only sin unforgiven is the one never asked for forgiveness.

forgiveness comes at the expense of Christ's death on the cross. So yes, there is nothing that God will not forgive, if taken to the Cross. There had to be shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sins.

Yes. His Word tells us this is true. There is no such thing as one sinner being worse than another as all sin is against God and all has the penalty of death. Christ paid the price for ALL sin. Trust Him and your sins will be removed as far as the east is from the west. Thats what grace is all about...its FREE to us, but it cost God the life of His Son.

There was a man who was being crucified just next to Jesus.
He must have done some very terrible things to deserve such a painful death. He even declared: "We deserve this but he
( Jesus ) has done nothing wrong."
He then pleaded Jesus to remember him in his kingdom,
( this is faith in action ). Jesus replied he would do so.
This is a good example of the forgiving power of God.
A Bible verse says: "And the blood of Jesus cleans us from ALL sin." Sin is the only thing that separates us from God.
But Jesus paid for our sins at the cross. It is only a matter of individually asking God to forgive us our sins, to lay them before the cross, where Jesus cried: "All is now accomplished".

Yes, I do. I don't believe it is possible for you or I to forgive, child molesters, and the many scum that roam the earth, but GOD is not mortal, he judges on a whole different plain than you or I are even capable of. Any way , have a good day

Yes and No. No because if someone sins and sins over and over again and doesn't want to stop, how could you forgive them? Yes because everyone changes in time. If you have done a horrible sin and you want to change it, then yes God will forgive you if you keep doing the right thing. That's my opinion anyway. :D
