guys, can I get your opinion on this?

Question

I have plans for a business and I met this guy, who is helping me every step of the way to get this business launched.

Is there something he wants out of it? He is an attorney and he says he wants nothing, I haven't signed anything with him either. He says he's doing this "for me".

He's invested alot of his time, money (for gas, traveling to see me, etc) and effort in researching.

What do you think he wants, I just met him.
