By far, Billy Blanks has the best workout routines on his videos. When I started out, I would work at my pace. They may have done 20, but I did 10-12. I eventually got to the point where I could keep up. Within 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds and people were complementing me as to how I was looking so much better. I did not really change my diet, except for cutting back on the foods that I do eat. I have tried other videos and they were good, but his actually made me feel a big difference.

I've been alternating between Giam Company's Pilates for Weightloss video and the Biggest Loser 2 workout video and between that and a couple of diet modifications I've slimmed down a lot. However, I've not lost a lot of actual pounds (lots of muscle building) I've only lost about 25 lbs., but 6 dress sizes!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

My wife used a couple of the Buns of Steel videos! After she was pregnant they really helped her lose the weight. She was doing them everyday and I tried once with her and almost died!
They are very well designed by a PHD and olympic athlete, and are super easy to find really cheap (especially on VHS) because they are a little older. Good luck. We got ours at Target.

I really like Richard Simmons "Disco Sweat". it's easy and I like the music. he's positive, but doesn't overdo it. go to the library and ask to borrow a couple to try. if you don't like them, take them back and get a couple more. if you do, you can buy a copy.
