Im taking AP US Government and AP Comparative Politics.
Are those graded on a 5.0 scale?

Oh, and are Advanced Standing classes as good as Advanced Placement?
Im taking an Advanced Standing English course.

As far as I know, pretty much all schools these days are using the 5-point scale for AP classes (this wasn't true a few years ago). I've never heard of Advanced Standing, but I might assume that it was a course taught at the level of an AP course, but for which there was no formal exam given at the end. In that case, I would expect the 5.0 scale to be used there as well.

at my school al APs are on 5.0 scale, but it depends.

it should be a standard 4 point scale in ny it is. but some states it is 5.
