I'm 5'1" and 118 pounds. I'd like to lose about 5-10 pounds of body fat and I'd like to get my waist from 29" to about 25". Is tae bo a good way to go about this? If so, how long should I do it per day?

yes, tae bo is excellent. do it at least a half hour every day. watch what you eat and drink plenty of water.
