I want to lose a bit of weight (only a little bit) so is this a good diet? This is like for a typical day at school:

BREAKFAST (MORNING):
Food: Bowl of Cornflakes/Two Slices of Toast With Margarine/Butter
Drink: Glass of Milk/Orange Juice

SNACK:
Food: Alpen Bar (Raisin and Fruit)
Drink: Water

LUNCH:
Food: Sandwich, Apple and a Banana/Some Grapes
Drink: Water

SNACK:
Food: Apple
Drink: Water

TEA/DINNER:
Food: Whatever is in the Fridge/Freezer (Will Try To Be Healthy)
Drink: Water

SNACK:
Food: Packet of Crisps
Drink: Water

BREAKFAST (NIGHT):
Food: Bowl of Cornflakes/Two Slices of Toast With Margarine/Butter
Drink: Glass of Milk/Orange Juice

I don't see any vegetables. Vegetables have a lot of antioxidants and minerals. Dairy is also missing. A bag of chips is alright every once in while. So I would think of a better alternative. I don't know if your eating whole grain, but it's not as processed as white. Also try a variety. I would get sick if I was eating the same food all the time. If you made those changes, your diet would be really good.
I noticed that you want to lose only a little bit. So maybe you could try exercise. I did that like 2 years ago when I was 13, and I lost weight really easily. Also green tea is a good thing to build in to your diet. It speeds up your metabolism and works wonders for you immune system.

wow you are a really healthy eater for a 13 year old. way to go. just make sure that you are eating more than 1400 calories a day. i would also through in some veggies everything else looks good keep it up!! :)

make sure you eat enough vegetables. eat a variety. eat baked crisps, not fried. they're not exactly healthy, but they're better.
