How can a law be a lie? A bit more info?

Law of physics? Statute? Ordinance? regulation? one of the 10 Commandments? One of the laws in the Bible?

"A lie?" A lie is the way a golf ball is situated, an untruth, what sleeping dogs do, an incorrect use of "lay," etc.

I will guess you mean what do many people claim is a law that actually is not. A large percentage of the answers on this site qualify. Answers relating to employment law appear to be the worst offenders.

If you mean actual laws that are lies, your question is meaningless.
