This is something my family threw around because we're on the heavy side. I found that it got me through my ackward stages.

That is probably a good motto. However, God made you the way you are for a reason. Where as I don't think He wants you to be unhealthy, I believe He wants you to be happy. If losing weight makes you happy, then He will be glorified through that part of your life. If on the other hand, you can "glamorize" being overweight and still give service to God, then I am sure He will be pleased with you, then as well. I am on the heavy side, okay, FAT, but I praise Him everyday and ask Him to use me in what ever state I am.

I find it VERY hard to believe that YOU had an awkward stage. Yet to answer your question, glamourize it!
