if these events become dangerous, go get therapy. seriously.
there are ways to find out about the content and meaning of dreams and about where their impact comes from. if you fight offen in your dreams, then it is possible that parts of your personality fight each other. especially regarding your "everybody's me" dreams, you might show signs of multiple personality disorder with different personalities fighting each other.
BUT that is ONLY a very VAGUE GUESSING!! it might just be certain traits of your character "fighting" each other in order to find out what's right and valuable in your life. you might need to be alarmed, you might not. as i said, if those intense dreams show any effect in / on your life or if there are other strange things you or the people around you encounter, then don't waste time and DO NOT BE AFRAID to seek professional help.

if it's just dreams, then stop worrying.

it might also help to start a "dream diary" and write down every detail you remember when you wake up. with the help of a good dream interpretation page (search google), you might even be able to solve the problem yourself or at least get to know yourself better.

You think that everybody wants to be like you. You're stuck on yourself. You think the world revolves around you. You have too high of an opinion of yourself and you easily offend others with your attitude.

As far as having physical pain when you wake up from a dream, the only thing I can think of is that you encountered the pain while in your dreaming state. So your mind interprets the pain as something in your dream. Either that, or maybe it wasn't a dream, but reality and somebody really did kick your ***.
