She's just really excited, newer cats adapting too a new environment tends to get them hyped...just wait, it will soon die out.

My cats do that, you can put your head down and they'll give you a headbutt too! I think they are just marking their territory like when they rub against your leg, the fridge, the doorframe so other cats know who lives there.

Do you mean that she rubs her head and face against items around the home? If so, she's scent marking her territory using the glands on her cheeks and head.
Cats will also nudge your hand if they want to be petted.

It stems from marking, where they rub a scent from the glands near the ear. In some cats, they skip the glands and just butt. They don't know why. They like it, they butt.
