I'm still looking for an internet article for you, but years ago, when I managed a pet store, I read an article about the death of the world's oldest parrot. An amazon originally named 'Polly', it died at 108 years old and had the leg band to prove it...drat, I'm still looking for the article...

PS: Budgies can live to 25
Small parrots like conures and Senegals to 40
Cockatoos to 70
African Greys to 60+
Macaws to 70
Amazons 70+

There is no such thing as a talking parrot bredd, you have to teach them to talk. But they can live around 60-100 years if they die of old age.

I have a yellow naped Amazon that is at least 70 years old. I inherited him from my grandmother when she passed away. That was over 40 years ago. My Mom (who is 87) remembers him being around before she turned 20! She says my grandmother got him full grown from a friend who moved out of the country.
