Not possible. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

You would lose about 30-45 pounds. You will feel very hungry and light headed so make sure that the fruit juices have fruits like bananas and apples in it so that you could feel somewhat full. You will lose a lot of weight. Good luck :)

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

well you will lose weight, how much you lose depends on each individual and their metabolism and how much exercise they do. However since you are fasting for a month when you do start eating again your body will start storing as much of it as it can just incase another fast is in the future. So in the long run you may actually gain more weight then you were at originally. Not to mention becareful of the fruit juices and smoothies you will be drinking, lots of times they have more calories and sugar in them then you would normally consume at a meal

Depending on your actual weight and height, You might be losing from 5-10 pounds, but you would feel weak and dizzy due to release of toxins, plus your kidneys would become too stressed for the nitrogen imbalance as you would be losing lots of muscle tissue...so you would end up flabby....
It is not a safe approach, but anyway, I don't think you could last more than 2 weeks due to intense headaches, and other nasty side effects...
G'd Luck!!

You will lose weight, yes.
Some of that weight will be muscle.
Your body will feel sluggish and ill because of the lack of nutrients.
It's better to lose gradually by eating healthy foods.

You must count the calories in each smoothie and multiply by the number of smoothies and then subtract 1600 calories for each day from the total calories. Then subtract again from that number XW.......:
X being your metabolic rate
And W being your weight.
Then from the final number subtract again 10XS
S being the weight of **** in pounds passed every day, as it will have some unused calories.
Good Luck.

No one can tell you exactly how much weight you'll lose since everyone's metabolism is different, but you'll lose a couple of pounds but gain excess suger in your blood(diabetes). I know you don't want to hear this but quit being lazy and exercise!

that is the stupidest way to lose weight that ive heard in my life! your 1st problem is the smoking, if you think that will help you lose weight, you thuoght wrong, and smoking is bad for your heart and lungs. you are also more likely to develope cancer. and secondly, not eating for a whole month is hard on your body. you will grow very weak. i cant believe anyone could care so little about themselves and there body that they would do anything like you plan in doing. i hope you dont do this and find a better way to lose weight.
