Metabolism is essentially the speed at which our body's motor is
running. The speed at which our body burns calories is called the metabolic

well u dont sound like u will gain weight but u might gain a few pounds(in the future though) as u get older ur metabolism will slow down and u will have 2 exercise more but right now it is faster and u are fine. i dont think u are gonna be fat at all but for breakfast, u can have cornflakes but i think cheerios are a better cereal but have it with a piece of fruit or something. granola and yogurt also speed up ur metabolism too.

If you exercise a bit more, I doubt it. You seem aware. But seriously try for the eight glasses of water a day--helps your skin, metabolism, organs, and a lot of other things I can't think of right now.

get off the computer, off yer butt and go do something outside that will burn off calories and fat..... walk, bike, hike, play softball, soccer, swim... SOMETHING.... or yes, you'll get that 'spread' that tells all that you never get off yer behind .....
