I have a lot of freckles and i just wanna get checked out...what kind of doctor do i see? a dermatologist? ive heard i should see a doctor that specializes in cancer

You can go to a Dermatologist and if he clears there is nothing you need not worry. Otherwise he will suggest you to go to an Oncologist and have tests.
If you he doubts about the disease you can straight away go to an Medical Oncologist and he will do the needful for evaluating the position and give treatments, if needed. -
