Your reaction sounds perfectly normal. Try using a topical antihistimine in the sting site to relieve the itching. Don't scratch the area. It will only spread whatever venom is still there and prolong the healing process. As for the pain, an OTC medication such a ibupropin should help.
You'll be almost good as new in another day or two.
If you were having an allergic reaction, you'd have more than site swelling. You'd have experienced hives, swelling of your entire foot and part of your leg and be having difficulty breathing long before now.

Try a soothing cream and wait for a few days. If the pain doesn't subside visit a skin specialist. Your skin could have had an allergic reaction.

You might have an allergic reaction towards bee stings, or anaphylactic shock. In any way, I have heard that either earwax of urine helps sooth the pain of those things.

Bee stings do tend to swell up, but you could be allergic to bee stings, but most of the time, these symptoms are normal, in moderation.

make a paste out of baking soda and water and put it on there. i guarantee it will stop hurting. is it warm to the touch? you may have cellulitis, so you would probably need to go to the doctor.
