fats and oils increase food palatability. without even a little amount of fat, your food would taste bland
dont you even wonder why their burger patty tastes good too?
they get this flavored stuff from a big scale supplier who produces flavored fats and oils. that why we dont see these stuffs in the market.

if i knew i would'nt be answering this, i would be rich, with fists full of french fries. ha ha, i think they keep it all a secret but i am guessing they pay a team of scientists and culinary professionals of some sort a ton of money to do r&d on that sort of stuff.

They throw in cocaine to get people addicted to the fries! No the used to soak them in animal fat. Until the Vegatarians got pissed off. Now the soak them in something else. Only Ronald knows

because they are deep fried in fat and fat is delicious. also i think all of mcdonalds food might have crack in it. im researching that theory right now.
