Make the pasta portion of it the night before but don't add the veggies until the morning off. And let it sit at room temp so that the flavors will absorb better into the pasta and veggies. Good Luck

I'd recommend the day off or the night before... pasta has a habit of absorbing liquids and the vinegar may mush out your veggies... depending up on the veggies. When dressed the Leafy greens will wilt... cucumbers and tomatoes will let off water... etc.
If you do make it the night before, hold off on the dressing.

Make it the day before. Pasta salad benefits from sitting overnight, but not for two days. It's still good, but the second day is the best.

A couple of days is fine, you don't need to add the dressing until before you serve it.
