Is Apple planning to push back the release date of OS 10.5 (Leopard) again?

Supposedly it's going to be released in October but that's next month and Apple hasn't even announced a date yet.

I take it you are not familiar with Apple and there policy.
All is speculation until they announce or have a News Conference to announce there relese of any new product that includes the release of Leopard.
Apple annonced several months ago that it had a tenetive release date of October.
They are not in the habit of giving teasers on the pre release. when it happens there will be a lot of Fanfare normally the day before. similar to the release of a new Harry Potter Book..
