He gave them each 2 jobs. The Jews were supposed to be a light to the world sharing God with them. And it was the worlds job to listen. But they both failed.
This had to be demonstrated that mankind doesnt achieve righteoueness by his own design but in Jesus.

God chose Abraham, from which the other nations come. The Jews are just the most prominent ones in the OT, because their learning preserved it. Why would the other nations be included, check Mark 16:15, Jesus commanded it. He also preached to the Sarmations and all that would hear. He made no distinction based on race, or nation.
God doesn't do such things. We are judged by what we do, the wicked are destroyed, even the wicked Jews were destroyed. Get the whole idea?

Because during the times of chaos people were supposed to look at the jews God's chosen people and the nation in which He laid down its foundation and laws for the right way to run things....But since all have sinned and fall short God's glory and it started when the nation turned away from God a messiah had to be sent in which whoever believes in Him shall not perish but will be saved. So Jesus Christ was the answer for both the Jews and Gentiles thus like the bronze snake lifted on a pole that all who believe in Him will not perish.

God chose the remnant of faithfuls, and God chose the faithful remnants among the Jews first. The rest of the Jews reaped the benefits.
God in the old testament also chose the remnants among the Gentiles like the ones at Ninevah and Ruth and Rahab of Jericho after the Jews were chosen first to be saved.

Here's my attempt at a short-short explanation. After the Fall of humanity, God used his covenant with Abram (Abraham) to create a nation called the Israelites (out of which came the segment of Jews) with whom He could eventually bring forth the Law (system of commandments) and ultimately the Messiah of the world, Jesus Christ. God used the Israelite nation as a means for a few purposes - to show the rest of the fallen world who He is; how the next-to-impossible standards He established in the Old Testament with His laws and sacrificial system showed our own un-righteousness. Jesus Christ ultimately fulfilled these requirements. Basically, God used the Israelite nation as His mouthpiece to the rest of the world in attempt to win back fallen humanity to Himself which is why Jesus came, died, and resurrected.

God created mankind of different races for them to know each other, learn from each other and live peacefully with each other. God didn't choose only the Jews, HE chose the descendent of Adam and Eve, as we all are.

Part of your answer is found in Genesis 10, Romans 10:12, Hebrews 11, Acts 2, Acts 10 of the New Testament! Peter was scolded about it.

He chose a bunch of people not just the Jews. The only reason it seems like he chose just them is because nobody else on the world at that time did he choose to keep. God didn't choose who he would save by race or anything. He just simply chose. Something like how you choose which breakfast you want every morning. You choose what suits you not what suits the cheerios.

In the New Testament, the true definition of "Jew" is revealed....as is the true definition of circumcision, etc. As Paul writes, "28A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code." (Rom 2) And again, Paul writes, "For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel... it is not the natural children who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring." (Rom 9)
"Do not be comformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
