I, personally, think that they will go to Hell because they've had the opportunity to ask questions and know the truth. Those that are ignorant of others and intolerant of other views of the world should be challenged and challenge others so they know the truth. You can't form an opinion unless you have ALL the information. I'm not saying that you should change your opinion of the world because of what someone else says; just understand that you may not always have the right information.
Overall, I think God will punish them because they didn't take the time to find out the truth.

A mass-murderer can turn their life around and accept Jesus into their heart , and be saved right before their death. God knows everyones heart and mind....he knows if a person is being genuine and true in allowing the holy spirit to enter their life! Acting nice won't allow one to enter heaven, only true salvation will!

First, God doesn't "push" anybody into hell.
Second, people go to hell for one reason: Breaking God's Laws.
That is to say, by way of explanation, that when we sin (lie, cheat, steal, hate, lust after someone or something, etc, etc), we are, ultimately, rebelling against God's authority. This is tantamount (ie the same as) high treason, which is punishable by death in ANY culture.
God doesn't want ANY body to go to hell. He cries out, "I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked. I don't want any to perish, but all to come to repentance."

According to the Old Testament, God loves people to be ignorant, so they will be part of His chosen ones.
As far as racists are concerned, He has a track record for hating all that is not Hebrew.
That is, until Jesus came around, then apparently he did a 180 and decided to be nice.

God is the heart knower, He knows the nature of your heart (being, spirit, your behavior) How you go through this life reflects the nature of your soul. You know a tree by the fruit it bears. Sin committed in ignorance is not punishable, however in this day and age that's hard to lay claim too. Too many times in ones life are they offered salvation through Jesus Christ and they turn a deaf ear to it. Let those who have eyes to see, see and let those who have ears to hear, let them hear.

We are NOT to Judge others and especially NOT our FATHER. HE will send HIS SON, the CHRIST to Judge each and every one of us. You are Judging those people by making this kind of statement about them.
