im 20 yrs old my weight is 54 kgs and height is 5"6.. in the past few months iv started noticing my tummy seems to be bulging out a little my arms have started to get a little fatter how do i stop this from getting worse i want to control it before it gets really bad.. what kind of exercises should i do (especially for my tummy and arms)? and what exactly should i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner??i need a step by step guide because i dont understand anything!!
