There are several reasons that could be causing the fluctuations on the scale.

First off if you keep your scale in the bathroom the steam from showers and baths can get inside the scale, rust a few parts so each time you weight it's a bit different. Also if the floor is not exactly level that can also make it off.

Is the scale in one spot or do you have to move it each time you weight yourself? If you have to move it and you don't move it to the same exact spot, it will show different numbers.
The foods that you eat will also make a difference. For example: even though a dill pickle is very low in calories and fat it is high in sodium and this may make your scale show a 2 pound increase due to water weight --yes, 2 pounds. Of coarse as soon as you drink more water and go to the bathroom the 2 pounds will disappear but it may look weird on the scale.

Instead of hitting the scale for your weight, just measure yourself on how your clothes fit. This is much more accurate and you'll stress less.

Your scale could be inaccurate. Or you are just normal! I'm the same way, my weight changes within 4-5 pounds within the same day. It all has to do with water weight. If you eat a lot of sodium (salt) you will hold more water. Or you could have just drank more that day. Don't worry about it, and try not to weigh yourself so often. Only once a week. If you weigh yourself that much it isn't accurate because of the way weight can change.

Some variation is normal, depending on meals and various other things.

Or, it could be that you have a faulty scale.

In any case, there is nothing odd about weighing more after a hearty meal.
