my lil sister who is 14 lives with me. she always hangs about with older people (all under the age of 30) She also meets up with people that she meets online. Recently she met a 34 year old man online. He kept asking 2 meet her and stuff. but before he had a chance 2 persuade her they "accidently" met eachother in the street one day. since then hes become obsessed with her. he stalks her. and hes even found out where we live. he keeps asking her 2 go back 2 his house and 2 meet up with him and stuff like that. its been going on 4 a month now. i have tried 2 be resonable with him and give him a chance 2 back off but hes horrible! the last major incident was thursday night when me and him ended up in a fight. he came round the house and tried 2 kill me because i wouldnt let them have any contact with eachother. hes threatening 2 do all sorts if i get the police involved and i know he is capable of it. what should i do?my sis doesnt want anythin 2 do with him but he wont leave her alone

Call the police, I know you said he threatened to cause trouble if you do, but they are your only avenue for safety.
You could file charges against him and file for a restraining order, if he violates it, he goes to jail. Hope this helps.

You need to get a restraining order of protection aganist this guy. You will have to get the police involved, which shouldn't be that hard, because of child endangerment. Call and get the information you need. The fact that he is threating you both would be enough. Stalking is also against the law. You need to call the police immediately and get this taken care of.
