ok, i might have asked a few questions on this, but anyway,

I am 5ft 6" and 8st 2lbs (52kg) BMI 19.5
Can i lose weight by:

cycling for 30mins every day
eating an apple, bannana and/or some grapes as snacks
cheese sandwich with crisps for lunch
coffee and croisant for breakfast
healthy hoomemade meal for dinner (eg stir fry, pasta)

for 2 weeks?

please don't say anything negetive, i just want to lose a few pounds and get my thighs more toned and not so fat........

and i either have weetabix for breakfast or croisant and coffe

Hi, you dont need to lose any weight, If im am 5ft1 and I weigh 8 and a half stone and im the perfet weight for my height, why are you trying to loose weight when for starters your faller than me and weight less than me.
I dont think you want too loose more weight you just need to tone your body up, gymball are the only thing you will need to get the body you want too, loosing weight will still keep you the body shape you have now, but thinner, you wont have the sleek silloutte, or tones body. So this is all you need to do.

About 2 years ago I went to weight watchers, they said I was only 1lb over the normal bmi but I wanted too loose a stone so I would feel better in myself. But after I lost the stone, I still had a podgy belly, and curves not skinny tum or slim curves so I thought what is the point I still look the same ,just smaller. But if I had excercised and toned up my tun, and legs and bum etc, then I would of looked even thinner because my muscles wiill have built up. But anyways, excercise is all you need to do and not loose anymore weight,

Yes cycling would be a great way to lose some weight, also you may want to increase your water intake this will help shed some weight also. pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

Maybee you can go on the 3 hour diet this is that every 3 hours you eat many differnet fruit and vegetables. such as the first 3 hours you can eat like an apple and bannana and then the next 3 hours you can eat pinnapple or grape fruit. It really Works. But the best workout is the T.V. Work out. Work on the abs and and the uper and lower body. Hope this helps.

Yeah you can do it. But don't eat too much pasta though - carbs honey. I'm not sure how much you weigh cause I measure weight in lbs., but it sounds like a good plan to me. Just be healthy and safe.

ok i feel your pain gurl! Ok the thing u have to do is keep a healthy diet and only eat breakfast lunch and dinner and u should watch on how much u snack during the day! Also exercise everyday and on the weekends kick back and relax but come monday it'll be time 4 mmore exercize i hope this helps u cuz it actually helped me!
