I thought Windows Media Player does that. When you burn the music on to a CD, select to burn it as a "data" file. You'll be able to load almost 200 songs onto a single CD

By that do you mean as the computer data file mp3 or a CD that can be played in a cd player? You can select "Burn to CD" with the very popular program Nero, or if your computer came with a CD burner (HP Pavillions sometimes came with Sonic MyDVD, check your start menu) you can use the program it came with. If you buy a CD or DVD burner, it should have come with a disc which contains drivers and burning programs- my old computer's drives broke, so we bought an external CD burner which came with an old version of Nero. (If you bought it secondhand, you might need to buy one.) Data discs will make it so that you can transfer the files to another computer as data, while music CDs make it so that you can play it.

Just burn it like you want to burn data. If you burn it like data, it will be mp3 automatically.Use option burn data not burn audio CD.

Normally if you have a CD/DVD burner on your computer it's already on there.
