How do I make my Ex understand that I no longer want him? I have told him over and over.... How can I make the sexual advances stop when I drop our son off at a day with his dad?
I do not want him and he knows I'm in a relationship with another man... Is he doing this just to get me angry? I'm going to go see my lawyer wednesday but I am upset with this. This morning I took our son to his fathers house for his visitation. We are legally seperated but not legally divorced until 2-08

As long as he can get to you he will do it over and over.Don't let him see how upset you are.Smile and walk away.Have you ever heard kill them with kindness?

You can't make him understand. Find a happy medium. Find a place like the grandmother's house or Aunt, Uncle's house. Then drop the son off there and leave before he is there. If he is there, don't get out of the car, just drop the son off. Eventually he may get the picture. That or when you go to the atty's office, ask him for an alturnative. There are ways. Good luck.

Just ignore the sexual advances. By interacting - responding in any way, it is a type of interaction that has to do with your 'old relationship' with your ex. Which is what he wants to keep going in some way because he can't help but be jealous and insecure since you have moved on. Just make a superhuman effort to not get physically near him. And be extremely polite and civil. Don't become engaged in a discussion or show how much it bugs you. Get over it in an instant - don't let it even affect you.

have as little time or whatever with him and make it very clear dont' speak to him use the lawyer to communicate dont speak smile or nothing to him. he will get the message but really not till 08 i assure you hes being mean adn that is ok you deal with it until the time and even you can have your boyfriedn with you that would be best thing for all of you at this tiem.

Was it in the agreement that you would take him to his Father's house? If not, arrange to have someone else take him.

have your boyfriend go with you .or have him meet you in a public place to pick him up.
