Not the best place to ask, I realize... but I am wondering if any 'psychics' (those with a heightened sensitivity to intelligences without traditional interfaces like bodies and such), especially those in the city, experience a strange phenomenon in the energy spectrum of the strange organism we call the city?

Well, every city has a unique personality, a special psychic "flavor," if you will, but I don't know if that's what you are talking about. It is more than just the style or attitude of the people, more than the buildings and traffic and so on, but a sort of gestalt of all those things and more.
St. Louis is a good-natured, somewhat old-fashioned but pleasant middle-aged good ol' boy. Or maybe that's just Cardinals fans . . .
