I just can't see paying that much money for so little truck.
I mean it is rugged looking - but who in their right mind will take a 60,000.00+ truck out beating the trails?
I bought a 1976 F250, put 1 ton axles under it
460 big block bored 40 over,
water proofed the engine compartment
lifted suspention 6+ 4+ - total of 10"
body lifted 3"
and it rolls on 44" ground hawgs
lockers front and rear
long travel suspension
roll cage and roll bar
trailing arms
4 speed stick with creeper gear
this is really a mud truck but it is legal to ride on the road in Northern Michigan.
I love parking next to hummers, I could open my door and step on the hood - but I dont

I like Hummers, but it is not on my list to get in the future. They are nice, and Hummer did a great thing making the H3. It has H2 looks wih an H2 feel, and MUCH better fuel economy to top it off. Whenever people look at the H2, people say, "Wow, that's a huge gas guzzler". I think it sometimes, but I don't have a problem with seeing it. I mean it's just 1 hummer and everyone thinks you're ruining the world. Here is how one person feels about Hummers. Just one. Read his story:

The H2 is a polluter. Based on G.M.'s optimistic claim that it gets13 mpg, an H2 will produce 3.4 metric tons of carbon emissions in a typical year, nearly double that of G.M.'s Chevrolet Malibu sedan.
The H2 is a death machine. You'd better hope that you don't collide with an H2 in your economy car. You can kiss your *** goodbye thanks to the H2's massive weight and raised bumpers. Too bad you couldn't afford an urban assault vehicle of your own. Or could you...?
The H2 is a tax loophole. Under the current tax laws, business owners can deduct nearly half the cost of their H2s. If you are in the highest tax bracket, that's a tax savings of nearly $10,000! The government rewards you more savings for buying an H2 than you'd get for buying an electric car.

They're OK if you NEED a 4x4. However they are MAJOR fuel hogs. Visibility sucks for the most part. And on-the-road handling leaves a LOT to be desired.
H2s and H3s are just badge-engineered GM SUVs. Nothing special about them except a premium price over a Tahoe or Blazer; the running gear is pretty much identical.

I think it is nice but pricey and it certainly doesn't look sporty or nifty. It has a rugged look to me, but that people's choice!!!
