I get your meaning - "dark" signifying "negative" (too bad pop 'witchcraft' has kept perpetuating this ' dark vs light vs high vs low magic - magic is magic. :)

You'd probably get a more in depth answer at http://www.witchvox.com

- but if you're speaking of "hex" style magick ,elements might include : the waning or black moon - - the first 1/2 hour after midnight - - - certain herbs, usually with poisonous or /Saturnine/Mars-tian qualities - - and womping up a whole lotta angry or despairing emotion within yourself to 'feed' and focus the ritual . . .do you wanna incorportate that stuff into your neuro-peptides? It's a question of options and choice.

'Dark' magick does not necessarily equate 'life/love negating'. Many rituals of this nature are neutral, inclusive of revealing hidden mysterIes (ie. the "Dark Night of the Soul" ritual, a journey of self discovery, very involved and intense. Ask at witchvox about the particulars.) *bless* SJ

The wiccan rede says "an ye harm none" so Im guessing you must mean someone other than main stream witches. I would guess that anything opposite of "an ye harm none". But since I know of no organized "dark magic" group to refer you to then I cant give any specific examples.
