Can this plexible pipe like, and mix with solar-panel will work and using it in the Sahara area by sticking it to the ground? If this thing will work it will be in windy area because it cannot be blown away and easy to dig upwhen its cover with sand? But it just a theory?

just think of a pipe made in sollar pannel system. so when a sand storm comes it it will not get blown away.

Are you trying to suggest that we mount solar panels on this long flexible pipe?

We don't really need to generate power in the Sahara area ... too far away from populated areas.

okay I think I understand it as far as design, maybe a picture would help? biggest problem you are going to have is a small surface area because the cylinder could only be so big.
