Unfortunately, english graduates don't usually get a solid job unless there are some strong prior work experience in related field. You can either try to be an English teacher or if you are interested in particular industry, you start at the bottom and work your way up.

As an HR expert for 15 years, we are because that is getting harder and harder to detect great applicants by using on line saturation of resumes and organic junk that hits our inbox. the days of flashing around college levels and that obtaining you in the door are long previous. maximum folk HR reps use college as a thank you to gauge a applicants dedication point and not something greater. ask everybody that has been interviewed and employed what number circumstances their degree got here up or in the event that they have been asked approximately their grades in college. suggestion: Get some field journey and locate resourceful the variety to get in front of hiring managers. we are having a great form of fulfillment with video resumes presently. maximum folk have not caught directly to it yet, and it is not as saturated as monster or profession builder. you are able to desire to marketplace and variety your self presently.
