Yes, and I am pretty yakky when it comes to the word of God. I could write books on just this one question and so could you. amen But I will try to be brief, forgive me if I dont succeed. ok
Yes we love God because HE first loved us. absolutely.
And we love, because He is Love.
He gives us the Holy Spirit, which is also GOD, to show us the way to love and live as we are supposed to do, like Jesus Christ, who always is GOD.
When we truly know God and walk in the spirit He gives to us, THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will love HIM as HE loves us. WE will love others as He loves them, and we will love ourselves as God loves us too. Not about thining we are bigger or bettter. But we know what matters to God is our heart. If we dont love us, we say He is a liar and that we dont belive we have value. blasphemy............................
God calls us to love everyone unconditionally, even ourselves. We arent superior, but we are not inferior to anyone. God loves us all the same and wants us all to be saved. BUt in the end, those who will truly choose for Him and love HIm enought to obey Him, are the ones that are saved. Cant do it on our own, but by walking in the SPirit, we can. amen. thru the shed blood of Jesus. God wants not even one to be lost. BUt ppl have choice. God calls us all, but only a few will answer the full call, to LOVE AND OBEY.
When we do answer the call of God to the full Spiritual truths of God, to love and obey, then God will call us HIS and we will be saved. He doent love us more than choose Him, But we will be rewarded for the choice of loving and serving HIm. God cant let evil ppl in heaven, the would ruin it for the rest of us, and its their choice who they serve.. God or man..
Our GOd is a loving God and a forgivng God, but all must choose Jesus to be saved.
How could anyone say NO to God??? This I will never understand. all He does is love us and want to save us..
Please ppl hear from God today, let Him enter in and give you the truths He so longs to give you. Loving and obeying God... I count it all as joy.

Yes because if we are truly led by Gods spirit, we are indeed His sons and daughters and will inherit what Christ inherited which is all things my friend.

Because of childhood indoctrination.
We understand it all right but we don't accept it as rational behaviour.
My guess is that you don't ask REAL questions about your belief system, otherwise you would have dumped it at around age 12.
