the bottom line for losing weight is that you consume less calories than you burn. it is possible to lose weight by cutting down on junk and fatty foods and eating less even if you don't exercise. but it's not always the case.

Hi,
I understand what you mean when you say you don't have time. Eating no junk food will help you to loose weight, but then you have to invest time on preparing heathy meals. So the important question is how important is it to you to loose weight?
If it is important, you will have to change the way you're living now. Drink water and eat good food.

You can make some time, what you think of walking? Park your car a little further from work and/or home.

Here is a 4 step plan that can support you:

1. create a circle of people who can support you, when things aren't well. Ask for their support before you start.
2. announce your decision, the more people know about your goal, the more you will become committed.
3. Find out what can support you, reminders, structures.
4. Make evaluations without judging or punishing yourself, if you have had a quick fatty snack, find out why, how it happened and find a way to prevent ending up in the same situation.

And what I found out being extremely helpful is getting a life coach. I don't make promotion for my business cause I'm not doing this wonderful work. I'm a business coach. Goolge for a life coach or send me an email and I'll give you some names and mails.

All the best and success

Keep up the good work.

You will lose some weight that way.
You don't need a time and place to exercise, just walk up the stairs instead of take the elevator, or walk where you used to ride. That will raise the ceiling of how much weight you can lose.

Alot of people overweight they don't have all the nutrients in their body, some of them they have anemia, some other people they have deficiency in almost every nutrient that your body needs. Cutting junk is a great idea, cutting process food is another great idea, but eating good nutricious foods is an execellent idea, detox your body is another execellent idea, doing a little bit of exercise is a very good idea because will help for the extra lose skin that you will have.

yeah any significant chang to your diet will help you lose weight but how much depends on how much you weigh now. if you are overweight it will be easier but once you are at a healthy weight your body will resist weight loss and so without dramatically and dangerously lowering your calorie intake it will be hard and slow without exercise. i hate exercise so i eat only like 600-800 calories per day and thats so not healthy tho dont do it!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

It depends on how much junk you ate prior.
You must have a few minutes each day to exercise? Just grab a skipping rope and skip if that's all you can do.
Any exercise is better than none.

If you change your diet, you may see results right away, but then you will need to exercise to get and keep in shape.
