in today ife it is said the blood is drinkable.most of us have the habit to drink it.not only vampires ut in today life humans also have the habit to drink it .whts ur opinion?

It would be OK to drink your own blood, however it would not be healthy persay. if you drink your own blood it will be broked down and absorbed into various parts of your body-which is fine. But, drinking alot of it will give you blood loss, and it wont be replenished immediatly. This could give you many health issues, especially for the heart and liver.
However drinking someone elses blood would be incredibly stupid. Other people may have any number of contagious diseases or life-threating disorders that can be passed through the blood. They may not even know of them. Furthermore, some diseases that are fatal to some people might not be to another, therefore there could be diseases 'hiding' in someone elses blood. It would be strongly advisable not to drink anyone elses blood.

The only people I have heard of ,who drink blood often are the Masai of Africa and they drink the blood of cattle.
Black Pudding, a common sausage in Europe, is made from coagulated pigs blood.

blood is a perfectly viable food.
what we eat and don't eat is cultural. many substances and lifeforms are edible, but cultural bias forbids us from consuming them.
Survival classes center around identifying and overcoming these resistances.
As was mentioned, blood is a food additive, quite common in many cultures. It is a good thickener, along with arrowroot, cornstarch and flour.
