The genus has been re-classified from Haemophilus to Avibacterium.
Depending on what country you are in you may be able to order from ATCC directly or you may have to go through a local supplier, either way there are permits required to acquire this organism that you will have to fill out.

At the top of this link under "product description" is a list of countries that require a local supplier and a link to a list of suppliers.
