Alright,so I like this girl. I met her at the bookshop.Well,I think It was love at first sight. I love the way she looked at me. So lovely!..I cannot get her outta my mind. Im going to go to her shop tomorrow. I love the way she talks. Im good looking but love is NOT abt looks,gender or age! What do you think i should do?

Sorry to rain dear, but romantic love is very much about looks gender and age.
And don't even start the lovestruck schoolgirl routine unless you know she's a lesbian.
Lean her orientation first, then pursue. Anything else is a serious waste of time.
And don't try to convert. If you're stuck with a penchant for genetic suicide make the best of it. But signing up someone who's on the fence is not cool.
As for romantic technique, being a lesbian gives you a huge advantage. Heterosexuals have to figure each other out. You on the other hand should have a innate sense of what a woman wants.

walk up and talk to her. don't pour your heart out, but just talk (and not about the weather)! while talking to her, find out what are some of her likes and dislikes. find out if she is a coffee drinker and what she likes in it....bring her some the next day. start out slow at first, and then take it from there. This is too cute! OK, you should buy her one rose. Red would be good, or pink. Just one, not a bunch, but make sure it's one perfect beautiful rose. Then talk to her. She probably likes you too.

be nice to her and friendly give her signs that u like her but not too soon like look at her then look away with a smile and see what she would do, get to know her with time and u will do great!!!!!!!
